We are a 501(C)(3), rescue in New Palestine, Indiana.Our goal is to provide a loving, nurturing environment for abused and abandonded dogs and birds.We provide Medical treatment and physical or behavoural rehabilitation if required for unwanted, abandoned, mistreated, and homeless small animals until such time that they can be placed into permanent caring homes We will also use any of the animals that show potential as service dogs and train them for children. We have been training service dogs for over a year now. We train them for children that need mobility help. You must qualify. We will be having a Yard sale and bake sale on June 21, 2008. We are accepting good gently used items (no clothes). Donations can be dropped off at 37 1/2 W Mill St. If you need directions please call. We will need items for the bake sale that can be frozen till sale.
Our next event is June 28, 2008, at WalMart in Greenfield, In 46140;; from noon - 5PM (317) 414-5662 . We will have face painting, raffle drawings and items for sales. Come on over and see the animals and play with them. If you are another rescue or shelter and want to join us then please send us the participation form..We will have our wish list there or yopu can download it from here.
The cost of running a non-profit animal rescue is very expensive. It is with the help of animal lovers, like you, that makes a difference for these animals to find good homes. Sedrick is a German Shepard mix, 1-2 yrs old, neutered, shots, heartworm negative, micro chipped and missing his back leg. He is full of energy and loves to run and play with the other dogs. He loves to play tug of war and snuggle up when he's tired. He is housebroke. He will make a great indoor dog for someone that needs a friend. Come see him today and fall in LOVE.
